Opened in 1977 as Coast Chrysler Center, Inc. in Brookings, our goal was to make friends/customers for life by offering the best vehicles and service possible at the best possible prices. From the beginning, we have offered virtually all types of repair and maintenance for our customer's vehicles--a complete dealership. Easy to say, but hard to do, we constantly strive to be the best in our customer's eyes.
In 1979, we joined with General Motors Corporation to become one of the few combined GM and Chrysler dealerships in the country. We changed our name to Coast Auto Center, Inc. and our great selection allowed us to steadily grow throughout the 80's.
In 1989, we opened our Crescent City store to add convenience for our Del Norte County customers. With two stores, we are able to increase our inventories to give you an even greater selection.
Through the years, many car dealerships and brands have come and gone. Coast Auto Center remains here for you.
